Endellion – canal barge for sale

We are now happily settled back in Australia, at our house on the Hawkesbury River north of Sydney by one hour’s drive. We still have a boat, just five metres long, as our house sits on the edge of the Muogamarra Nature Reserve, at Milsons Passage, and can only be reached by boat.

The time has come to sell our seventeen (17) metre live-aboard barge, ‘Endellion’, currently located at the port de l’Arsenal in Paris, France. She couldn’t be more ready for the canals and rivers of Europe given our final update which was to professionally fit a ‘Noise Killer’ sound reducing blanket for the Steyr engine. We hardly know the boat as it’s so quiet!

Endellion was designed and built for us and has provided the most rewarding experience imaginable, especially considering the skipper has handled her from his wheelchair, and with just one crew member: his wife! We would love to see her go to someone with a similar need, but she is of course a standard structure and therefore would suit those without mobility challenges.

We have created an online presence for CANAL BARGE ‘ENDELLION’ FOR SALE ..

    Dear Lesley and Steward,
It is with sadness that we realise that we will not meet with you again on the French waterways or in the Arsenal. It has been a pleasure making your acquaintance and even if we did not had the opportunity to ‘socialise’ frequently, your presence in Paris and meeting with you on the canals and rivers made you part of our cruising community.
We hope that you will enjoy your home on the lake as much as you enjoyed the Endellion.
    Warm regards,
    Guy and Marleen

    • Dear Guy and Marleen .. it was lovely to read your message (sorry I am late in responding). We will miss you all too but we are lucky we are still ‘on the water’ as our house has no roads. We still use a boat therefore but a little one at five metres! Take care you two and happy cruising.
